CULTSP PRO
In October 2024, the Government of São Paulo, through the Secretariat of Culture, Economy, and Creative Industries, launched CULTSP PRO – Schools for Culture Professionals, the largest training and qualification program focused on the cultural and creative sector in Brazil. With hundreds of training and complementary activities, the program reached the end of December 2024 with over 30,000 participants through courses, lectures, events, training initiatives, and complementary actions.
QUALIFICATION
CULTSP PRO consists of six thematic schools and a qualification program in arts and dance. In 2024, it offered more than 80 courses and 110 classes across the schools, directly benefiting over 2,400 students in various regions of the state. The Arts Qualification Program supported 10 theater groups and 5 dance groups, strengthening cultural and artistic education throughout the state.

ABOUT

The CULTSP PRO is an innovative program for professional qualification, innovation, and sustainability, created by the Secretariat of Culture, Economy, and Creative Industries, and managed by the Institute for Development and Management. Its main objective is to foster the economic development of the Cultural and Creative Industry Value Chain, strengthening the sector through professional qualification.
